Great to have the facility open again and obtain the benefits from the Cryo which helps reduce inflammation within the body along with many other benefits. Irini is on hand to help and has a very friendly, positive and personable approach whenever you enter the facility.

Went to cryozest after fracturing my wrist to see if it would heal and make it less painful, after leaving the cryo machine I was in shock of how good my wrist felt was amazing!! Has helped my pain ever since using. really glad I have found this. 100% recommend!!🥶🥶
